SA New Homes is published monthly by SA NEW HOMES, a Texas Partnership, with offices at 7300 Blanco Road, Suite 602, San Antonio, Texas 78216. USING SA NEW HOMES
New Homes Inventory of Builders is intended to include only those of Members of GSABA. The inventory can include specs, models and custom homes which are completed or under construction. Specs and models home are listed in the three ways: by builder, by subdivision and by price, at no charge to the builder for the first five listings. Custom homes are listed only under the builder’s name. While inventory should include only those new homes that have been started, as indicated by a poured slab, this issue could include some units which were at the pre slab stage as of the reporting date. Due to time lags between reporting and publication, it is anticipated that the stage of some houses will have changed by the time of SA New Homes distribution.
You may find available new homes by looking for a specific builder, a specific subdivision or within a certain price range.
All real estate advertising is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968, which makes it illegal to advertise “any preference,
limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, on an intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination.”

Reported square footage is approximated and based upon builders’’ estimates from floor plans. Stated prices and availability

COMBINED TAX RATES
The six-digit number found in the section on SA SUBDIVISIONS AND NEW HOMES INVENTORY
represents the combined ad valorem tax rates per $100 of assessed valuation for entities with taxing authority over that
subdivision. They have now been updated with the certified Tax Rates that were available at press time. To estimate the annual ad valorem taxes for a new nome, divide the new home price by 100, then multiply by the combined tax rate.
UPDATING SA NEW HOME INVENTORY
New Home Inventory update forms are typically distributed at the beginning of the last full week of each month. Updates should be made by editing existing listings on a copy of the Builder Section,
and submitting additional homes on the update form. The deadline for submitting these updates and forms is the last Wednesday of the month.
ONLY DELETIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE
